Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Amor Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Warm Weather Shipping
Many of our products contain natural ingredients that may be sensitive to heat. During periods of high temperatures, products may soften, melt, or change consistency while in transit.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk of heat-related changes during shipping. Amor Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for products that melt, soften, separate, or otherwise change due to exposure to heat during transit or after delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Amor Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Amor Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each situation individually and assist where possible.
